ST-9980A DC Charging Pile Comprehensive Tester, developed by Saiter, is a professional instrument designed to perform interoperability testing and communication protocol conformance verification in accordance with Chinese national standards. It is specifically used for third-party on-site testing and product acceptance inspection of off-board conductive chargers for electric vehicles. The tester is suitable for R&D activities by charger manufacturers and acceptance checks by third-party testing organizations. It is also widely used by charging facility producers for preliminary development, debugging, factory testing, and on-site acceptance of off-board conductive chargers.

• Supports interoperability testing, communication protocol conformance validation, BMS simulation, and optional metrological verification.

• Offers multiple communication interfaces including LAN, RS232, and WIFI. Equipped with a built-in WIFI hotspot for remote wireless operation, facilitating convenient on-site usage.

• Integrates a high-precision Hall sensor (standard accuracy of 0.1%; optional 0.05%) with a current range of 10–300A. Supports multiple verification methods through voltage/current test interfaces. Features a high-power output load gun holder for quick and efficient connection to external load equipment.

• Accurately simulates the charging process and various fault conditions. Includes an auxiliary power supply system to ensure comprehensive testing, eliminating issues such as incomplete test coverage, operational inconvenience, time-consuming battery charging-discharging cycles, and reduced battery lifespan.
